List of Standard Charges and Shoppable Services

As of January 1, 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that hospitals post standard charges for medical items and health care services that you might receive at Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals. A link to a list of the pricing information about the items and services we provide is available by pushing the links below. This list represents gross charges for individual services and base rates negotiated with individual insurance providers and does not reflect personalized estimates of hospital charges that may be applicable to a specific case, nor is it indicative of a patient’s out-of-pocket cost.

In addition, several factors may affect pricing, including, but not limited to the time of selection, additional expenses such as laboratory or professional fees, and additional services that depend on an individual’s specific health condition. The information is not intended to be legal, health, medical or professional advice but merely conveys general information. We recommend that you contact your health insurance provider if you have specific questions about any out-of-pocket costs you may have related to your healthcare insurance plan.

Also below is a list of the Everest Rehabilitation Hospital’s “Shoppable Services.” The Centers for Medicare Services (CMS) has defined a “shoppable service” as a service package that can be scheduled by a health care consumer in advance. Shoppable services are typically those that are routinely provided in non-urgent situations that do not require immediate action or attention to the patient, thus allowing patients to price shop and schedule a service at a time that is convenient for them.

You Have the Right to Request an Estimate Explaining How Much Your Medical Care Will Cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you are not covered by health insurance, we encourage you to contact the hospital to determine if you qualify for discounts and discuss payment options prior to receiving health care services from Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals. Please press the "Request an Estimate" button below and fill the provided form out to request an estimate.

When someone in need of healthcare cannot pay for services in one of our hospitals, we offer financial assistance. Individuals in need of emergency care will not be denied treatment of care if they do not have insurance or are unable to pay. Patients, who are admitted and are uninsured or underinsured, may qualify for financial assistance or charity care. For more information about receiving financial assistance for you or your loved one’s care, please download the documents below under the Financial Assistance and Charity Care Policies.
